The Ultimate Reading Gadget

Is there anyone who has not heard of Amazon kindle yet?

Amazon kindle is a reading gadget that allows you to read books electronically instead of on paper.  Kindle is basically the same thing as a very light portable laptop computer that can display text except that kindle is specifically designed for clarity in reading (the black and white razor sharp e-ink screen) and ease of access to books (can hold 3500 books and download them within seconds).

Kindle is also extremely thin at only 1/3 of an inch.  This model shown here, Kindle DX has a 9.7 inch screen, built in PDF reader, long battery life, a ‘read to me’ feature that has it read to you and more.

I am only skimming the surface on all the features kindle has.  You can read all about the full features in detail here.  I do not own a Kindle DX but it sure is on my wish list because I love to read newspapers and this reading gadget would be a great way to get the news I want from newspapers quickly, cleanly and efficiently.

I think Amazon Kindle may go down as the second greatest innovation next to the Apple iphone.  The apple iphone revolutionized the telephone, and I think Kindle revolutionizes the art of reading.  It is like having an entire library right on your desk.
