Funny Gadgets

Since I first started showcasing gadgets here at GadgetGnome I think this one may be my favorite of all time, and maybe it will stay that way for as long as we keep showcasing gadgets here at gadgetgnome.

A robotic lawn mower! Unbelievable… and what a superb idea.  Maybe you can say I am lazy or just no fun, but I am just tired of mowing the lawn week in and week out.  I am just too busy to be mowing the lawn. Are you?  Don’t get me wrong, I like being outdoors and I like the smell of fresh grass.. But over the years mowing the lawn has just become a chore that I would rather not do (sort of like buying groceries.. by the way what’s worse, doing grocery shopping or mowing the lawn?!)

But have no fear! The robotic mower is here!  The Friendly Robotics RL1000 RoboMower and docking station is an electric lawn mower that mows for you all the time when you are busy doing other things.  No, it does not talk to you or tell you how nice you look this morning, but it mows your lawn while you are sipping margaritas on the back porch!

GadgetGnome is supposed to be G rated and it still is actually but I just couldn’t resist showcasing this mousepad from busty mousepads.

I actually do not even use a mousepad at all, I just use my laser guided wireless mouse right on my desk.  I suppose a mousepad would help but I never really got in the habit of using one.  But maybe all that will change with the dawn of this breast mouse pad.  I suppose it might give new meaning to ‘surfing the net’.

The funny thing about this gadget is that it may actually be more healthy for your wrist during your surfing sessions because it supports the wrist and part of the arm.  That is not a scientific opinion, just my 2 cents from what I know about computer mice, surfing and carpel tunnel syndrome ( the complication in people’s wrists that afflicts heavy computer keyboard and computer mouse users).

Is your co worker in the cubicle next to you getting on your nerves?  Are your office meetings becoming a bit too ‘stale’ and in need of something ‘different’ to get creative ideas flowing again?

Well have no fear because now you can connect this chainsaw to the USB port on your laptop and start sawing away..or er um hacking away? But seriously why in the world does the world need such a gadget like this? I suppose if you are like that AT&T laptop guy who has his laptop connect card and he is in the middle of the Colorado Rockies he could use this USB chainsaw to cut some trees down to make firewood?

Humpf! I had to put this one in the funny gadgets category because well it is just too funny they even went through the trouble of designing something like this!
