If you are heavily into AM radio shows, this is actually a great way to keep track of and record your favorite ones. I used to listen to the art bell show a lot which was broadcast in the early morning hours on the East Coast between 1AM to 5AM so you can imagine how convenient it would have been to have a gadget like this to record his shows for later listening.
