It has a 10X Zoom with image stabilization and a YouTube uploader. This camera records via a 32GB SD Card. It is waterproof down to 2 meters below water, even sea water and shock proof to withstand a 1.2 meter drop.
The power is automatically turned on or off as soon as the LCD is opened or closed and recording begins almost immediately.
I love this camera. It looks good and seems durable enough for that summer vacation trip to the Atlantic (or Pacific 
) beaches.
